Walaupun usianya baru sahaja mencecah 17 tahun dan masih bersekolah di SMK Pasoh 2 Jelebu Negeri sembilan dalam tingkatan 5 , Iqmal Romi mampu membuktikan identiti & personaliti yang unik dan tersendiri.

Ini terbukti apabila dia Dinobatkan sebagai Naib Juara menjadi batu loncatan buatnya terus berkarya dalam bidang nyanyian dan terus berusaha sehingga kini untuk menempatkan dirinya dalam industri seni Malaysia.
